Ranbir Kapoor has been endorsing the Nissan brand for quite a few years now. Since the introduction of the Nissan Micra in the Indian car market, Ranbir Kapoor had been featuring in the advertisements shown on televisions all over the country. The stylish car in the hatchback segment is promoted via the catchy 'Drive better, Live simpler' tagline. To move ahead its relationship with Bollywood the company has come up with another innovative idea wherein it provided aspiring movie anticipators an opportunity to showcase their dancing talent in an upcoming movie through videos made by themselves which were to be posted on facebook.
This innovative idea of promotion is very new and the first of its kind. The whole idea became very popular and a large number of aspirants (somewhere close to 2500) posted their videos for a mere 20 vacancies. The company gave some relaxation by offering some people with side roles apart from the 20 who were chosen as the first choice.
